I'm all about templates (no big surprise there!) but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Google has also decided to introduce templates to their Google docs application! "Plenty Smart!" as a character on the 70's British sitcom "Mind Your Language" used to say.

We finally have a set of certificate templates that would work well for all our teachers of foreign languages, ESL/ESOL, Limited English Proficient and English Language Learners.
Every line of text in the certificate templates are completely customizable and should work with all character sets since they are in Adobe PDF ...
