I don't know what it is but this past week I've been getting tons of emails from teachers about certificates they'd like us to create for their students. Many of the emails come in late at night...which makes me wonder - do teachers ever get a break?

I'm a big supporter of positive reinforcement. Pets, kids, adults, everyone needs it. As my co-worker said last week when I sent her a note thanking her for something "no one ever gets tired of hearing they did a good job!"
